Join us ONLINE for the 38th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Service & Awards. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube at rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2 After the event, the recording will be posted on YouTube and Facebook. This year's theme is, "Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." This event will feature keynote speaker Rev Earlye Julien from Living Water Christian Center, Moline, plus a variety of performances and presentations in honor of Dr. King. Two scholarships will be awarded, and the “I Have A Dream” Award will be presented to a Rock Island citizen for exemplary community service and enormous contributions made to the community.
