Our microcredentials are a competency-based form of certification issued for learning experiences that have been developed through faculty, business and continuing education. You can earn one for your resume with our upcoming online training series: Leadership: Beyond Management The six-course series is specifically tailored to managers looking to improve their leadership capability. The cohort-based program provides proven skills immediately applicable on the job, using both academic theory and skill-based training. Series facilitator Dr. Randy Richards delivers years of experience teaching, coaching and consulting on leadership practices.
