Description
Centrally located in the European Union, Belgium is one of the most open economies and leading exporters in the world. Ambassador Dirk Wouters will share insight on the current European political climate and his perspective as to how Belgium sees the transatlantic trade relationship after a turbulent 2016. Ambassador Wouters will also share his thoughts on what the current American administration likely means for trade relations and the economy.
Dirk Wouters was appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the United States of America in Washington D.C. in September 2016.
