Q2030 is a rally cry to increase talent, jobs and economic opportunity for all. As employers report a workforce shortage, our community must join together to prepare youth today to fill the jobs demands of tomorrow. Hear from this panel of community members who took matters into their own hands to inspire big goals and provide young people with the skills and experience they?ll need to be the leaders of tomorrow. You?ll hear about what they?re doing, the impact of their work, and how the business community can elevate their efforts to create more change.
