Description
Diverse Strategies for Inclusive Workplace Cultures featuring Alfred Ramirez, President, Diverse Strategies Now
When it comes to diversity and inclusion, what can you be doing differently? Building an inclusive workplace goes beyond just being the right thing to do, the business case can be made and many companies that have implemented diversity strategies are thriving.
So just what are you doing, who’s responsible and accountable? How agile and sustainable are your efforts? Are you at a standstill or are you having difficulty getting started? Alfred Ramirez, President, Diverse Strategies Now will share new frameworks and approaches to help you build a welcoming culture where people can be themselves, thrive and fully impact the organization. Join us at Executives Club to discuss diversity and inclusion inside and outside of your organization with some unique frameworks and understandings.
