At the age of 23 Chad Pregracke founded Living Lands & Waters. Today, the organization has grown to include a full staff and fleet of equipment. The crew averages nine states a year along the Mississippi, Illinois and Ohio Rivers, as well as many of their tributaries. Since the project’s inception, Chad, his crew, and over 87,000 volunteers have collected 8.4 million pounds of debris from our nation’s greatest rivers. Come listen to his story while connecting with Quad Cities young professionals for lunch and some networking.

During the lunch hour, join YPQC to enhance your personal and professional development skills.  With a new speaker and topic each month, you'll brush up on your skills each time while learning more about the local opportunities available to young professionals. Network, grab a bite to eat, and pick up some new insight at our monthly Network @ Noon, typically held the second Tuesday of each month. Make sure to arrive early for check-in which will begin at 11:45am.
