The ribbon cutting and open house for IIW, PC, a firm of engineers, architects, and surveyors is to celebrate their valued relationships with area clients.  Founded in Dubuque 31 years ago, IIW, PC is proud to have its office in Davenport (open since 2010), as well as Hazel Green, WI and St. Cloud, MN.  The company employs over 70 professionals in those offices. 

IIW provides a wide range of professional services, including: architects, civil engineering, construction services, environmental engineering, land development, municipal engineering, land surveying, structural engineering and transportation engineering.  Their client base encompasses both the public and private sector including city, county and state government, health care organizations, PK-12 and higher education, the financial industry, hospitality, religious organizations, emergency service providers, developers, commercial businesses and industrial corporations.
