The City of Rock Island, the Rock Island Economic Growth Corporation (GROWTH), and the Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District (MetroLINK) invite you to attend a groundbreaking of a new transit-oriented development in downtown Rock Island on Thursday, May 23rd at 3:30pm – Located at 20th Street & 1st Avenue in Rock Island.
Parking is available in the City of Rock Island’s Lot D (east of 20th Street at 2nd Avenue) and on 19th Street.
