- THURS: 6:15PM
Teens can choose to come 1x,2x or 3x per week during the 30 days session
KIDS - AGES 5-9
- SATURDAYS 10:30AM - 11:15AM

$125 FOR A 10 CLASS PUNCH CARD THAT EXPIRES IN 3 MONTHS

GET KIDS MOVING IN THE QC!
Live Active 563's Teens & KIDS, led by Certified Trainer Tanner Ennis, are the perfect option to keep your youth active!
Our youth classes are focused on learning good movement techniques, having fun, teamwork, and confidence building. ?Our program is adaptable to various abilities and aids in development of body awareness, speed, strength, and mobility.
Each class will begin with a fun warm-up, exercise demonstration/learning, and a workout that will leave them sweaty and smiling!
Our goal is that each athlete learns to exercise safely & efficiently, learns some healthy lifestyle habits, & establishes a lifetime love of fitness.
The older group will learn the basics of weightlifting. Coaches provide a safe and encouraging environment that teaches proper weightlifting techniques to enhance strength and power.
Teen Athletes will also be focusing on the basics of strength training, conditioning and gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.

Teens do not have to pick the same classes each week-they can come when it best fits their schedule
Max capacity per class is 10; GYM FOLLOWS STRICT CLEANING PROTOCOL
Reservation system will be used for classes to adhere to max capacity limits
Before the start of the session we will email all participants and do a short video presentation on how to reserve your spots in classes each week to ensure we adhere to the 10 per class maximum
