QCCVB and Holiday Inn Rock Island Visitors Center Ribbon Cutting

Please join us for a ribbon cutting celebrating the new Visitors Center on Monday, May 7^th at 10am, 226 17^th Street, Suite 11, Rock Island – directly across from Theo’s Java Café.

·         The Quad Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau (QCCVB) is the official tourism destination marketing and management organization for the Quad Cities region.

·         Quad Cities Visitor Center & Gift Shop, in The District opened April 2, 2012

·         The District Visitor Center is strategically located near the Rock Island Holiday Inn & Conference Center in the heart of The Downtown Rock Island Arts & Entertainment District.  The visitor center will operate as a full-time, full-service, year-round visitor center and will be open Monday through Saturday.

·         It joins the QCCVB’s other Visitor Center & Gift Shop locations at RiverStation (Moline) and Union Station (Davenport), as well as Visitor Information Centers at Quad City Int’l Airport, Iowa 80 Trucking Museum & Geneseo Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center and our new Quad Cities Gifts online store www.quadcitiesgifts.com

·         We welcome visitors to the Quad Cities and provide Visitor Information, Souvenirs, Gifts and locally made products.

·         Locals are welcome to find that unique gift for their hard-to-shop-for person, attraction, restaurant, event information or lodging options when friends and family come for a visit.
