Description

The Quad City International Airport unveiled two new Level II Electric Vehicle (EV) charging units in the short-term parking lot.  Each dual charging unit has the capacity to charge two vehicles in 4-6 hours.  The installation is part of a broader effort to expand the charging infrastructure to support anticipated growth in the electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle use over the next five to ten years.
