Pershing Hills Lofts, 511 Pershing Ave. Davenport, IA 52801, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, May 16 at 5:00pm to celebrate their grand opening!  
 
Pershing Hill Lofts LLC announces the grand opening of the Pershing Hill Lofts luxury housing community, a $15 million amenity-rich project within walking distance of downtown Davenport.
 
The project took two contiguous buildings, the old Crescent Electric Building and the Sieg Iron Building on the corner of 5th and Pershing in Davenport, to form 62 market-rate apartments. The lofts range in size from 502 square feet and up to 1,680 square feet with the option of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three-bedroom units. The lofts feature 10-to-11-foot high ceilings, and some of the first floor units have 17-to-18-foot ceilings, hardwood or concrete floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry facilities. Some units feature advertising from the original exterior walls.
 
“We are excited to have the public view the project as we feel this is the most unique and well-designed project in the Quad-Cities,” said John G. Ruhl managing partner. The project is a collaboration between business partners John G. Ruhl, president of NAI Ruhl Commercial Company, and John Carroll of Carroll Law.
