Upper Iowa University will celebrate their grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, March 22^nd at 5pm.  The University is located at 1401 Kimberly Rd. in Bettendorf, in front of Burlington Coat Factory, next to Dunn Bros Coffee.
