Maintain a high level of safety awareness, follow all safety procedures, and ensure a clean and safe work environment for all guests and employees.
Responsible for the daily cleaning and removing of trash from the grounds and trash cans around the property.
Responsible for maintaining lawn care and landscaping of grounds inclusive of plowing, shoveling, sweeping, mowing, weeding, planting, trimming, raking and removal of garbage and debris.
Assist with the general maintenance of all facilities on property to include painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
Maintain lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, and trimming and edging around flower beds, sidewalks, and walls.
Mix, spray, and/or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees using a hand or automatic sprayer or spreader.
Provide proper maintenance of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other grounds features.
Shovel and plow snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots. Spread salt in those areas using hand-held, automatic, and vehicle-equipped spreaders.
Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement work on grounds equipment.
Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.
