Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive attentive and personalized service throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
Ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery of orders to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly after guests leave, prep area, bathrooms
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards while handling food items.
Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and restaurant standards.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest relations.
Proficient in math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is an asset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
