We seek an ambitious and energetic individual to join our dynamic team as a Cybersecurity Engineer. In this role, you will spearhead the design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and oversight of security solutions while collaborating closely with internal and client stakeholders to deploy these solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and oversight of security solutions.
  • Thoroughly research, evaluate, and recommend cutting-edge security tools and emerging technologies tailored to clients’ specific requirements.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans to ensure seamless system success, mitigate risk, and align with stringent performance and cost criteria.
  • Manage, configure, and meticulously monitor a robust suite of tools to fortify the security of information, networks, and systems.
  • Architect industry-leading cybersecurity strategies with full documentation to ensure adherence to the highest standards.
  • Vigilantly monitor systems for any signs of anomalous behavior, swiftly detect cyber events, and proactively implement preventive measures to thwart potential threats.
  • Establish a consistent framework for quantifying and measuring cyber risk, ensuring a proactive approach to threat mitigation and management.
  • Oversee the seamless implementation of security systems, including thorough oversight of installations and the development of comprehensive test scripts for validation.
  • Ensure unwavering security compliance through regular solution validation, conducting in-depth incident response analyses, and policy review and updating as necessary.
  • Provide expert pre-sales technical support, identifying opportunities for professional services spanning on-premise and cloud environments.

  • Demonstrates a commitment to maintaining the highest standard of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized at all times.
  • Proficiency in managing and monitoring tools such as EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), and Vulnerability Management, ensuring comprehensive threat detection and response capabilities.
  • Experience in coordinating with internal and external teams to efficiently remediate security alerts, demonstrating strong collaboration and teamwork.
  • Skilled in security event monitoring, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and systems log management, ensuring the integrity and security of organizational assets.
  • Technical proficiency across multiple platforms including Windows, Azure, and other IT infrastructure, enabling effective implementation and management of security solutions.
  • Actively maintains and continually develops accurate product and application knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Exhibits a proactive approach to learning and utilizing new technologies, concepts, and procedures as necessary, adapting to evolving project requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at interacting with diverse stakeholders within the organization and effectively communicating with customers.
  • Possesses strong project management, problem resolution, documentation, and customer management skills, ensuring the successful execution of cybersecurity initiatives.

Position Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and common security technologies.
  • Excellent scripting skills, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001.
  • Possess knowledge of current security protocols and principles.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP) are a plus and desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is also a plus.
