(Davenport, IA – June 11, 2026) – Mel Foster Co. School of Real Estate is offering a summer series of Iowa pre-license courses designed for individuals ready to launch a career in real estate, as well as current agents seeking continuing education.

The in-person program provides a structured, local pathway to completing required coursework while gaining insight into the day-to-day realities of the real estate business. Participants will complete three core courses that fulfill a significant portion of Iowa’s licensing requirements, all led by experienced industry professionals.
Courses will be held from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at Mel Foster Co.’s Davenport office, located at 3249 E. 35th St. Ct. The summer schedule includes:

• Buying Practices: July 23 & 24
• Listing Practices: July 30 & 31
• Developing Professionalism and Ethical Practices: August 6 & 7

Tuition is waived for individuals who pre-affiliate with Mel Foster Co., making the program an accessible entry point for those considering a future in real estate with the company.
