Mel Foster Co. School of Real Estate is offering essential Iowa pre-license real estate courses this summer for those individuals looking to start or enhance their career in real estate and for existing Mel Foster Co. sales associates needing continuing education. These three required courses are part of the 60-hour education requirements to obtain an Iowa Real Estate Salesperson license.
The local, in-person courses will be held from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at Mel Foster Co.’s office located at 3249 E. 35^th St. Ct., Davenport, Iowa.  Course dates are as follows:

• Listing Practices: July 17 & 18
• Buying Practices: July 24 & 25
• Developing Professionalism and Ethical Practices: July 31 & August 1

The courses are offered free of charge to pre-affiliated Mel Foster Co. sales associates or those planning to affiliate with the company. To qualify for an Iowa Real Estate license, applicants must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, hold a high school diploma, and complete both the Iowa and National real estate exams. A Mel Foster Co. pre-affiliated agreement is required to attend these courses at no cost.
