Choosing the Right Entity Type for Start-Up Success
Are you a sole proprietor? LLC? Not sure? How you’re organized as a business can impact your future success. Learn from Kyle Day, attorney at Lane & Waterman, about the different types of entities and how they complement different business models. He’ll discuss how to form an organization, tax issues, and the considerations for operating in a bi-state region like the Quad Cities.
