ssary to improve their performance, accomplishing individual and organizational goals.
In this dynamic presentation, Gale Mote will share practical techniques to be an effective coach. Participants will explore a model to help them prepare for and participate in successful coaching conversations. We will also discuss what makes it difficult to be a coach along with suggestions on how to overcome these obstacles.
During the lunch hour, join YPQC to enhance your personal and professional development skills. With a new speaker and topic each month, you'll brush up on your skills each time while learning more about the local opportunities available to young professionals. Network, grab a bite to eat, and pick up some new insight at our monthly Network @ Noon, typically held the second Tuesday of each month. Make sure to arrive early for check-in which will begin at 11:45 am.
