As the President & CEO of Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Jim Clark leads a network of 4,400 Clubs that serve 4 million young people annually in all 50 states and on U.S. military installations across the globe. Since joining BGCA in 2012, Clark has spearheaded a major restructuring and the launch of a new strategic direction, the Great Futures Impact Plan. Through this plan, Clubs are increasing their impact on youth by focusing on academic success, character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles.
 
As the Quad Cities community works to develop a talent pipeline and ensure that young people are equipped to fill jobs of tomorrow, Clark will talk about national trends among youth and the role individuals play in ensuring the next generation is prepared for jobs and leadership.
