Junior Achievement Volunteer
Junior Achievement is working with educators to deliver life-changing lessons in work and career readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship to students in the Quad Cities community.
We have the learning experiences, the educators, and the students, the only thing missing is YOU!
Learn how a few hours of your time as a JA volunteer can help make a big difference in the life of a young person! We need your help to positively change the future, one student at a time.
It's easy!
- Training and materials provided
- Easy-to-follow speaking points and materials for hands-on activities
- Five to six classroom visits. Each visit is about 30-40 minutes
- Classroom visits scheduled by volunteer and educator in a way that works best for both
JA’s volunteer-delivered, kindergarten-12th grade learning experiences foster work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire students in our community to dream big and reach their potential.
