MLI records busiest month in nearly 13 years
Quad Cities International Airport recorded its busiest month in nearly 13 years in July, as additional airline capacity and strong passenger demand pushed traffic to levels not seen since October 2013. A total of 69,578 passengers traveled through MLI in July, a 10% increase from 63,319 passengers in July 2025. The last time monthly passenger traffic exceeded July's total was October 2013, when MLI served 70,297 passengers. The growth comes as airlines continue to add capacity at MLI. Delta Air Lines
