The Guest Services role embodies the joyful, welcoming, and fun presence that is Malibu Jack’s, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service. Team Members in this position handle guest interactions, money transactions, redemption, park cleanliness, and other tasks as needed. All Guest Services team members are cross-trained and may support other areas of the park as required. Cross-training is a standard expectation and does not automatically result in a pay increase.
Cleanliness and operational support are the responsibility of all team members. Every team member is expected to assist with cleaning and organizational tasks as assigned, regardless of primary role.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide information about Malibu Jack’s, our specials, and events
- Handle money transactions accurately and maintain an organized front desk area
- Assist guests with redeeming tickets for prizes and keeping the redemption area stocked and tidy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cash handling policies
- Respond to guest questions and concerns, resolving issues or escalating to a manager as needed
- Support overall park cleanliness and guest experience
- Communicate effectively with team members throughout the day
- Maintain a safety-focused, high-quality customer service attitude at all times
- Cross-train and assist in other areas of the park based on operational needs
- Assist with park-wide cleaning tasks when assigned, including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, restrooms, and general organization
- Know emergency procedures for areas you are trained in and follow them if needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
