Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Milan, IL. This individual will play a critical role in managing and nurturing our existing client relationships while ensuring consistent growth and satisfaction within our current book of business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage current client accounts to ensure strong relationships are maintained.
- Handle incoming inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
- Track sales metrics and update the CRM with client interactions and progress.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Provide valuable feedback on client needs, helping contribute to product and service improvements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
