Edwards Creative is seeking a Paint Prep Technician to join our team. The ideal person will be responsible for assisting with sanding, assembly, painting, fabrication and carpentry for various projects. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prep Paint
• Finish Paint
• Sanding
• Ability to work with power tools
• Perform multiple tasks at the same time, adhering to strict timelines
• Conducts finishing work
• Assembles packages and prepares items for shipping/freight
• Delivery of customer items
• Additional duties accustomed to fabrication and carpentry

• Experience with related equipment such as drills, paint gun, and all other carpentry equipment required.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to drive a fork truck
• Ability to stand during entire shift
• Ability to move, carry, and lift 60 pounds
• Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Ability to effectively navigate a computer as all equipment is ran digitally
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to pay attention to details
