Ability to effectively use a hand held radio, flashlight, computer, phone, camera, motorized carts, medical supplies, wheelchair and computer database. Ability to write and type reports. Ability to read and understand company forms and reports.
Knowledge of internal controls, local and state laws, gaming regulations, required OSHA regulations and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers regarding safety and emergency procedures.
Ability to investigate and write reports.
Ability to accurately count inventory items.
Knowledge of CPR, basic first aid, use of AED equipment, and universal standards for exposure to blood.
Has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality including, but not limited to, player activity, claim activity, financial data, marketing plans, and policies.
