About Us

Established in 1994, DeLaCerda House is a small nonprofit that provides safe, affordable housing and supportive services for individuals and families that are experiencing homelessness and living with HIV/AIDS in the Quad Cities. The agency receives federal funding through the Housing Opportunities for People Living with AIDS (HOPWA) and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The agency owns three properties in Rock Island to provide short term and long term housing options for program participants. The agency office is located inside the Rock Island Township building located at 2827 7th Avenue in Rock Island.
