About Us

We are a beautiful apartment complex located near shopping, schools and Black Hawk College. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for a reasonable price. Our amenities include, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, baby pool area, sauna, tennis courts, basketball 1/2 court, library, and exercise room. The heat and water are included in the monthly rent. We offer housing for all ages. Our rental office is available Monday-Friday between 8-4 to schedule a tour of our apartment complex.
