As the owner of Townsend Engineering, Mr. Townsend’s engineering firm provides services for private, institutional and municipal clients in most regions of Iowa and north western Illinois. The firm’s projects range from small residential clients to large commercial and industrial sites. Those projects include lot surveys, grading plans, flood delineation, and elevation certifications. Our services also include structural inspections and design services. Mr. Townsend is a 1994 graduate of the University of Iowa, he began his career in Iowa City, where he worked for five years before returning to Davenport starting his own structural and civil engineering firm. He is a dedicated husband, father of two future Blue Devils, and active member of the community.
