  • About

Communication and Collaboration, enabling balance through business sustainability, and access to a higher standard of living are the 3 Strategic Priorities of Living More Inc., each one as critical as any other. Living More leverages the professional network and business references from 30 years of International exposure to bring new perspective and proven commerce development techniques to Quad City organizations specializing in economic development and emerging technologies, and those supporting our Chamber Members through times of crisis.

Our consulting division provides small and mid-size business access to critical strategy and support services for operations, supply chain, business development and technology - tools and methods normally reserved for the BIG boys; at a price your accountant will love. QuikStart (TM) provides operational assessments that create actionable improvement plans and prioritize focus, "Check list" guides for the business buying and due diligence process, Revenue and P&L templates, and step by step "First 60" plans to keep you focused on success by planning every detail of your first 60 days! Work-Life balance is only possible with a sustainable business model that addresses all 3 phases of business; are you CUBED?

Our hospitality group works to bring the community together through arts, science, and commercial collaboration at the Java Lab Grind and Dine Cafe. A gourmet coffee and sandwich shop located at the Moline Public Library, the Java Lab works with local education and leisure clubs to bring Poetry Slams, guided arts and crafts, Tech talks for non-Geeks, Community Groups, and catering of special community and business events, The Java Lab Grind and Dine Cafe provides the forum to make a positive impact through collaboration and communication within the community, while enjoying the absolute best coffee, sandwiches, salads and soups in the Quad Cities!.
